With a results-driven profile, she advises companies, asset managers, and investors on structured and unstructured transactions, due diligence, and corporate reorganizations. She holds a Law degree from Centro Universitário Católica de Santa Catarina (2012), a postgraduate degree in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies – IBET (2014), and completed the Executive Program in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) at Insper – Institute of Education and Research (2025). She has also completed ANBIMA courses on FIDC – Receivables Investment Funds, FIP – Private Equity Funds, and FII – Real Estate Investment Funds management.
