Over more than two decades, he has held leadership positions in multinational companies in the financial, technology, infrastructure, and agribusiness sectors. He has led strategic projects in governance, corporate integrity, and risk management. As head of the Regulatory Compliance practice at BRL Advogados, Jacques advises financial institutions and publicly traded companies on anti–money laundering and regulatory compliance. He also structures governance and compliance programs and conducts complex corporate investigations, combining legal insight, executive experience, and a strategic approach focused on risk prevention and mitigation. Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo Chapter.
