Ludmila has extensive experience in advising domestic and international clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions across various industries, corporate matters, corporate governance, administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM), as well as complex civil and commercial contracts.
Over the course of her career, she has worked at top-tier law firms, served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded company, and gained valuable experience at a Big Four firm and one of Brazil’s leading financial institutions.
Admitted to the Brazilian Bar Association, Sao Paulo Chapter.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in law from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo – PUC-SP (2005);
• Postgraduate Certificate in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (2008); and
• LL.M. in Corporate Law from Insper - Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (2014).
